I think it's just a result of the shutter speed of the camera and the frequency of the flicker of the lights.

Yeah, I think that angle is just how it's going to be. I don't believe these photos have a loaded frunk; the front wheel well spacing looks normal. The back always looks high to me.

It's a byproduct of LED's, which is safe to assume they are using there...

Anybody know how many Lightning units have been manufactured? Seems like Ford should start selling some of these “Spotted” units. I’ll take one please.

These are all pre-production test units - none will be sold. They also need to build a bunch to go to safety / impact testing and to finalize their production line QC. Those also won't be sold. I suspect there will be a news article announcing when Ford starts up production of deliverable vehicles.
