Electric F-150 Lightning is so popular Ford started building another factory next door

Ford is not building another factory "next door". Both sides are bordered by the Body Shop and Paint. They are removing the walls at both ends and making it longer. He should know that.

I believe they announced this nearly a year ago.

True…I just wanted to share how some in the media are covering it given Business Insider just published this article today…not much inside information here….

I saw the cranes setup moving steel for the expansion back in October.

When I visited the factory in April, they made it a point of telling us that the entire building was new, and it was built on one of their original factory locations.

They pointed to the back wall and said, by next year that wall will be gone, and the entire building will be double the size.

Their investment in EVs started with building new factories that will build EVs exclusively. I was super impressed by the factory. It's huge... so doubling that is a true sign of commitment to catching up on the growing demands.
