Sync / Gauge Cluster not functioning correctly.

It’s been a week since I took delivery. Today when I went to the truck, I found it kept on giving me trailer brake fault in the instrument display (I was not towing). It also gave other warnings as rear cross detention not working. The sync screen kept on restarting itself as well as the cluster. I shut the truck off and restarted it after 10 min, same problem. The gauge cluster did stop restarting itself through. The sync screen connects to Bluetooth but doesn’t play music. I cannot turn on audio controls or control volume. Radio doesn’t turn on, and screen displays “audio off”. Sync soft reset did not help. The entrance chime also doesn’t play through the speakers anymore, it plays from within the dash. The truck is not charging normally either now, it’s saying my charge station pro will charge the truck in 15hrs. I was wondering if anyone ran into this issue? No lights on the dash. The truck also thinks it’s parked in a totally different spot in the city.

I'd take it to the dealer...

Might be a loose connection for the rear connections?

I ended up removing the radio fuse out of curiosity, I found the fuse wasn't blown but replaced it with a spare. Once I did that the truck started acting perfectly fine. SYNC stopped restarting on its own, time and GPS data was correct, it started charging properly again, door chime plays through the speakers, no more warnings popping up on the display...

I'm going to make an appt with ford and see what they say, but I found it pretty weird replacing the fuse "fixed" it. The fuse I removed was perfectly fine too...

I'd bet pulling the fuse reset it.
