How long did you have the fixed truck back before you got the new error? If it's just a few days I'd suspect they screwed something up rather than a new issue. Of course I'm just stating the obvious, but had to ask since you didn't mention the timeframe between issues.

How often are you refreshing the app? That will do it.

Before you make an appointment, I would start the truck, turn the shutdown timer off, get out, lock the door and let it "run" for a few hours to let the LVB charge up.

Charger is attached and getting blue lights like it’s charging but no change in charge level / miles in 1.5 hours - started at 47 and still at 47 - I do not charge battery to 100% - swear to God either me or this truck is cursed

The battery drain message isn’t the high voltage battery. It's the low voltage battery.

Good to know - I’ve never opened that compartment - so easy fix - why is this truck so damned fragile?

Surprisingly , there are a lot of 12V battery issues. Ford had a bad batch on the ICE trucks. I have a feeling they used the same cheap vendor for the Lightning batteries. It amazes me we drive an electric truck, and it isn't set to charge the 12V more than it does? It shouldn't matter if the truck is on or off. A software update could easily fix this and the charge threshold.

Could be worse, Tesla has "disposable 12V" batteries for a long time.....

your bluetooth is connected according to the picture. How far away is your phone from your truck when parked? If it is too close, it maybe constantly waking up the car. In any case, have the 12v battery tested.

I also had a battery module replaced. Then shortly after I received the same warning. Turned out the 12v went bad from sitting for so long (also a random freeze event in Texas). They replaced and I still got the drain warning. Came across a random post here that seemed to solve it. Pasted below:

Have you tried resetting the BMS? No disconnecting the battery doesn't reset it.

Reset procedure (no scan tool needed):

  1. Put the truck in accessory mode (push start button without depressing brake pedal)
  2. Flash the high beams relatively quickly five times
  3. Depress and release the brake pedal three times
  4. Wait 3-10 seconds and the battery icon on the instrument panel will flash.
  5. Your BMS is now reset.

I’ve gotten that message twice. Took it in the first time and the dealer didn’t have a clue, the second time I just cleared it and went about my business.
