I was told after 2021 you couldn’t use Forscan to adjust the bass roll off when adding a subwoofer does anyone know if this is true?

I was reading the 2015-2015 non amp trucks didn’t have the bass roll off issue and it was only a B&O problem so I’m not sure if this is true or not but I guess I’ll find out when everything is hooked up.I tried a few weeks back to achieve this. My audio got completely cut out and I reverted back my changes. However, it's very possible I adjusted the wrong setting, or the settings are different from the sheet.
I just installed my subs with 2 12s and 1,000 watts and the system seems to work great even had my audio buddies help me tune it and they were all surprised. Here’s what I used for my adapter from the headunit. I have the gain set to half way on it.It seemed the 6 speaker Pro had the bass roll off issue. I used a KeyLoc to remedy, I struggled with tuning the KeyLoc though.
I tried the Forscan changes to our truck to flatten the EQ and eliminate Bass rolloff. All it did was completely cut audio going to other speakers. It's possible I made a mistake, but reverting my change brought back audio to all speakers.
I'm about to upgrade the 6 speaker system again. This time in my XLT. Has anyone been able to successfully flatten the EQ/Bass roll off via forscan on a Pro/XLT Lightning?
Maybe @SoundsGoodStereo can help.
I am also upgrading all speakers (so running a 4-channel amp and a seperate all-in-one 10" sub/amp. I went a different direction, this time, with the harness as I finally an affordable harness solution:I just installed my subs with 2 12s and 1,000 watts and the system seems to work great even had my audio buddies help me tune it and they were all surprised. So to be honest I haven’t adjusted mine at all I have the gain amp at 15% gain and rap will rattle everything in the truck and country will play the perfect amount of bass. I’ve read that the non amplified trucks did not have an issue with bass roll off but so far I haven’t noticed anything. Maybe a bass knob will help you out a little? (I also got the related extension kit https://catalog.pac-audio.com/catalog/amplifier-integration-harness/lphext17 )
When I added the sub to my previous Pro, the bass rolloff was noticeable and I was constantly turning down the sub at low volumes and up at high volumes. There are instructions for our gen F-150's to adjust the EQ curve, and turn it off completely, I tried it and it just cut my audio...
I'm hoping someone figures it out. (or I could be overlooking something)
