My 2001 lighting wont hold any coolant.

I havent posted anything in a long time but I have a question, I noticed several months ago my boost didnt seem to be going up much. I didnt really think much of it because it was running fine, then all of a sudden it started just blowing coolant out of the exhaust and the valley under the supercharger was soaked. I didnt see any indication of water on the dipstick, and no check engine lights are on. I have been starting it for a few seconds every week or so and alot of white smoke blows out of the mufflers when I do, it goes away after a few seconds, then I shut it down so it doesnt overheat because I cant put any coolant in it. Does anyone have any idea what this problem is? Thanks for any help.

That part of the Internet is where you are unfortunately. We don't have exhausts or superchargers or oil dipsticks. Sorry.

Yeah, we were a sub-forum of the 14thGenForum but got split off a few years ago. Actually you can find lots of pre-2023 posts on the gas F-150 still in this forum. They just copied it over.

But to answer your question, you likely need a new head gasket. Coolant from the block, leaks into the cylinders leading to characteristic white smoke, should also smell sweetish. As the engine heats up, engine expands, squeezing the gasket, and less noticeable leakage.
