[FORD SURVEY] Ford (and Brian) want your feedback

In the last set of questions I wasn't able to select " Makes high quality, durable products that last" due to having the truck only seven months so far. My previous Fords definitely fit the bill, but that was twelve years ago. I hope my Lightning lives up to my previous experience with Ford products.

Quite frankly I can't trust a single thing Ford says on the future of EVs after what they just pulled with the lightning and they have done nothing here to make me feel differently about it.

Are we owners being a bit 'perfectionist' and expecting too much from a 6,000lbs plus computer with wheels, that has software that acts up, a 12v battery system that fails regularly, dealer service techs who too often have inadequate training, dealerships that didn't want to have to sell EVs in the first place, way more recalls and CSPs than any other automaker's vehicle, a Home Integration System that has failed to work for many and costs an arm and a leg, and management at the highest levels that cancels the vehicle line due to incoherent reasons?

I think not.

Am I going to buy electric for my next vehicle. Yes! Will it be a Ford? No. Only interested in fully electric at this point.

I have no idea what vehicle I will buy after the Lightning...it's not even in the design stage yet...heck, the ideas for it may not even have occured to someone/AI yet...guess we will see what the market looks like in 2032...

I won't be in the market for a few years, but the Scout Terra is the front runner for me at the moment.
