Yes I can get 100%, it is just now max 282 instead of the 303-306 it was getting which I think was a little extra from bed cover. It is a platinum
I don't use the app. Nothing else has changed except the mileage on the dash and it is 100% at 282 now instead of 303-306 like it was before. Changed out of nowhere
I'm confused. You say nothing else has changed but you said the rate of charge was cut 50%.

If charger has a blue light, plug it in and open Ford app and watch the charging rate. It should say around 6.5kW. If it does, it's charging fine.

Your range is irrelevant.

From my original post: "I used to get around 6% added on the hour now I'm lucky to get 3%". I don't use the Ford app

You need to look at the rate of charge in the Ford app while charging as well as the lights on the charger.

Do you have the charge speed on your dash? That would be another way to confirm if the mobile EVSE is working correctly. You really need to check charging the truck on a different EVSE or use the EVSE in question with another EV.

Regardless, don't plan on the Ford Mobile EVSE working long term. I would start planning to replace it for daily use ASAP and just keep it in the frunk for back up.

Do you have an OBD reader to confirm that? Just went through this myself and it was a bad cell. Needed warranty work to replace a module.
I think this is the most likely issue and will be taking it in to local dealership. Thanks for your suggestion
