That's a large variation %, all symptoms now point to a bad battery module. Fingers crossed it doesn't take too long to get it swapped out. Lots of threads here with big differences in wait times. The dealer will likely not have a module on hand and will need to have it shipped after Ford gives the green light to replace it. It's an annoying process for sure.
@Ford Motor Company needs to extend warranties on 22-23. Something is up with the BMS that these are starting to pop up so frequently.

Dealer picked up the truck and just called me to say they have ordered a battery array. They didn't even open or drop the pack. No eta yet but I asked if I can have the truck back while its being shipped since it still drives and charges fine at least up until 88%.

Would something like this not be covered by the 8 year battery/powertrain warranty? If not, I agree, they need to extend it. I am one of those that don't drive my truck a lot (5000 miles/year). My truck has been flawless so far but I am concerned seeing all these issues crop up on 23's and that I will eventually get to these issues after my warranty is up.

This would be covered, yes, but I feel like something has changed on Fords side in updates that’s leading to the frequency we’re seeing all of a sudden. Unfair to higher mileage users.

Warranty mileage is also much shorter than Rivian and Tesla’s trucks by 50-75%

Super easy to diagnose with FDRS. They just plug into the OBD port and run a Battery Health report. Tells them exactly which module needs to be replaced.

Got the truck back today instead of Friday because they said they had several small hardware issues, which I couldn't get a more specific answer than that. Here is the invoice out from the warranty repair. Cell 33 in module 3 seems to have been the failure.

Module replacement it is then. It does seem like we’re seeing an uptick of these lately. I hope it’s just coincidence.
