Clear all DTC's with forscan and see if the AC issues persist. It may be a stored code from before you had the board. If the AC still doesn't work once you clear the codes, rescan and send me the codes in the DTC list. Sorry for the late reply, it's been a busy day.

What we are getting now is the AC is fully shutting off until the modules sit inactive for enough time to reset. Previous reports were a delay in AC startup.

If you can't solder, just let us know and we can help make you one. We can't really root cause it until someone can pull DTC's from an affected truck and see what may be keeping the AC down once the reflections (Startup Errors) are resolved.

De-soldering wick helps a ton. I took forever to buy it and I will always have some with my kit now. The de-soldering pumps are handy too, just don't always work the best.
