Reviving and older thread here but does anyone know what other racks will fit on the T slots of the X4TS besides the “Elevate Rack” ? Im trying to find various things like cross bars or ladder racks that extend over the cab like Thule but I don’t know what’s compatible with that T slot.
Yeah in my experience the phone has to be really close to the door handle so a back pocket won’t work. Also make sure you don’t have any other Bluetooth things inside the truck. I have an AirTag on my wallet and I once left that in the area of the phone charger and it caused PAAK to not work...
I still don’t understand why such a massive amount of equipment is needed to do Vehicle to Home power through the CCS charge port. But I’m not an engineer nor an electrician.
Yeah I was a little disappointed it is already at 97% as well. My truck has about 12k miles on it. I live in a cold environment in MA so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it.
I have my CSP fix for the front sensors scheduled on Monday. How do I gently tell the service department to hook up the 12v to a battery tender without sounding like one of those a-hole customers who thinks they know better than the trained technicians? ?
I’d wager that Ford is going to go the EREV route like this when (if ?) they do a F150 Lightning refresh in 2028. They’ll then offer the fully BEV version of a pickup with a smaller, ranger sized truck.
Anyone see anything on these screens I should be worried about? I’m still learning what all these metrics are. It seems ok to me but thought I’d consult some experts on here.
I have an appointment on Monday to get the front sensor CSP done. I’m nervous about asking for this TSB as well because it seems to touch so many things. I think I’ll wait on this TSB a few weeks at least.
Nice. I look forward to discovering all kinds of messed up hidden wiring things in my ancient house once I get around to doing this transfer switch project in 2025.
I just noticed a weird thing since the fix though. On two separate occasions it said something like “44% upon arrival” but when I got to within a mile or two of my destination it went up by 1% to 45% but when I arrived home my truck had 44% SOC, while maps still estimated 45%. This 1% jump in...
I just saw there is a FordPass update in the App Store as of about 5 hrs ago for me. I just downloaded it but I haven’t been in my truck yet to see if it fixes the battery issue.
