First rule of weird computer stuff.... Reboot.
Try disconnecting the negative terminal of your 12 volt battery for 15 minutes and see if it corrects itself.
I use this splitter to run ABRP and CarScanner at the same time:

I use the MX+ Bluetooth dongle for CarScanner and ForScan Lite (Android)
This for ABRP BLE connection:

With ABRP paid version you can do that.
Plan a route on your phone or PC (preferred for me) and you can save it and use it in Android Auto. You can also tweak or edit along the way.
Start from home at 100% with a departure time set with the cabin temp set to where you like it. Shouldn't be an issue.
I'd do the same with the return trip on your work charger as far as setting the departure time and cabin temp.
The slower 6.2kw work charger should add plenty to get you...
2024 Pro. I disabled it through the owners manual method, both front belts. You have to follow the instructions exactly and get your buckle in/out timing perfectly.
I was searching for a fix for my 24-hour clock that keeps reseting itself to AM/PM when I use the Sync clock settings. Does this forscan setting stay permanent or does it still have the bug of switching back to AM/PM?
My '24 Pro has the heat button, I believe all Lightning trims and Mach-e's have it. It shuts off all of the heat though, no heat pump or resistance heat.
Auto fan at 1 and 70 degrees should activate your heat pump just fine. That's what I use about 80% of the time, 70 or 72 on Auto 1. It will blow at a high velocity until the cabin is warmed, sometimes 10 or more minutes, but the fan eventually calms down to a low speed. Try turning off the...
I think with the CX+, you may not need a splitter. I think someone earlier in the thread said that OBD connector does both forms of Bluetooth. Double check before listening to me...
I had a cable splitter, but the cables eventually cracked and disconnected. I recently got one of the double...
@RickLightning pretty much nailed it. The difference for me is the paid version allows ABRP to use the data from the OBD to put the pre-plan into motion and useable on Android Auto. The charging stops and times can update based on the real time conditions. If I need to change something on the...
Looks like a tiny alien ship materializes out of nowhere and flies into your bumper. Unfortunate for them.
Even slowing the video down, I can't tell what that is. Bird? Tennis ball? UFO?
+1 for paid version of ABRP. I think it's worth it for both the planning and driving phases of a multiple DCFC road trip.
Unfortunately, your OBDLink MX+ won't work with ABRP as it only uses BLE (Bluetooth low energy). Unless the newest version of the OBDLink MX+ supports BLE (my MX+ doesn't)...
Reviving my old thread about WAL and tagging @bmwhitetx the Forscan guru...
In a different thread you said that 2024's have WAL. I have the WAL option in my sync settings screen - it was there from the factory and before I did any Forscan mods, but even though it is "enabled", it has never...
Based on the information you provide, I agree with your assumption that he should be getting in the low 200 mile range when charged to 100% at this time of year.
Before assuming something is wrong with the truck, eliminate these variables or try to get your friend to try some changes in his...
