This is your simplest solution. https://signaturesolar.com/eg4-chargeverter-battery-charger-48v-100a-5120w-output-240/120v-input Just plug it into the bed, wire the other end to your battery rack. Use the batteries as a buffer to keep house load from tripping the Truck CB.
I had this happen as well multiple times in November. I took it in to the dealer and after they applied the High Voltage contactor recall firmware update, it stopped. Might be a coincidence, might not. Ford Service installed a monitoring token and called me to take it in this week again...
This has started happening to me on the first drive after L2 charging. If I power the whole truck down and wait until all screens go dark then power up it resets to 100%.
CarPlay is still sketch on my 2022 Lightning. Usually the two finger reboot fixes it, but it takes forever to recognize the phone after doing that. Hit the CarPlay icon on the devices screen 3-4 times and it usually will connect.
The most annoying feature is the "ding dong ding dong dong dong dong dong" "look at the road" when you are driving with the sun behind you shining into the eye sensor. Wish there was a way to turn that off.
I've gotten one OTA in 6 months of ownership. Took to first dealer and they wanted the truck for a week and a half. No thanks. Second dealer tried and failed "due to bad wifi". Bottom line, if you want any reliable updates at all, buy the Mongoose, and a FDRS license and do them yourself.

That's apparently part of the problem, the transformer is less than 15-20 feet from the NEMA 14-50 plug, so very little voltage drop due to line loss.
