GM is all over the place. On the Hummer EV it's applied as a cap cost reduction but not on the Sierra and Silverado EVs. Not sure about the Equinox, Blazer, Caddies, etc.

After I had a battery module replaced I had to have my reservoir topped up twice. I think air gets in the system during the module replacement and then burps itself out over a period of time and coolant level goes down.
