Thanks for the info but it's no longer necessary. Just found that the truck is Pending Pickup per the United Road website. Getting a little excited.

How is everyone tracking their truck between the "SHIPPED" notification and it arriving at the destination railyard? (While it shows as INACTIVE on the United Road website.)
I seem to recall some of you knowing which train it is on or which switchyard it is at. Is there a thread discussing this...

As an update... I did finally get someone to talk to me at Sunrun today. They are planning to provide me with a delivery status to my email address "within a few minutes". We'll see.
