FWIW, when I test drove my dealer’s mannequin (received on 6/26) I discussed the recall with the salesman riding shotgun…he said the OTA update was the first thing they did when they put the truck in the shop for prep

NHTSA could not verify any recalls for my truck and just referred me to the Ford website. The Ford website says no recalls and my truck is still listed as in production. Very frustrating - especially since the last VVR said it was awaiting sign off that was expected in Spring 2022.

I had such high hopes for our build week too, really hit the skids on 5/23.

Hey @TaxmanHog what is the shipping deal this direction? I'd love for mine to get here early but with a 7/5-11 delivery window I don't see that happening. Tried tracking the VIN @ unitedroad.com, no dice but also couldn't find any other trucks that have been delivered locally there either so not sure how they're getting here.

Stopped by my dealer today. The saleman said the vvr still says it’s been sent off site awaiting final approval (or whatever that message is). Been in that status since 6/13. He also said they had someone take delivery of a Lariat ER this morning! Gah!

Got a "Load Number" from unitedroad.com but not sure what I can do with that.

<optimistically> Does this mean the target delivery may be on the early side?
