Make sure to ask Ford how old the location data is. Ford Chat told me they don’t get regular updates and that it could be making progress despite looking stagnant.

Ford chat this morning still only offered info as of Nov 9.
On the other hand, my dealer had updated info and said the truck is on rail coming out of west Texas.

Ford chat says, last information for my truck is Blue Island, IL.
I did not ask how old the data was, but knowing it’s no longer in MI, gives me hope it’s going to get here….at some point

Finally got rail car # CN 711966 from Ford chat. They said it is still in Blue Island, IL. Tried tracking with CSX and UP but no information on the rail car. Don't think I will make delivery window 11/18-11/24.

I was just told the most bizarre thing by Ford. Apparently my Truck is still sitting in Blue Island, where it was "Unloaded" and is now waiting to be loaded onto a new Railcar. What a cluster F***.

Mine shows delivered and I have to option to complete transaction. I actually got the email before she was even unloaded from the trailer lol. When I called they said they saw a black one on the trailer (I verified anti matter blue) and they went and checked it was mine.
