Hello "Ford". Can you please follow up on this. I have contacted you back on 6/30, and then followed up with Elisa Taveras from the BEV team many times since then providing information. I have never heard from her since the 30th. My dealer has no clue what the problem is and Ford is NOT helping them. Can you please help me escalate.

Elisa Taveras ghosted me too. She asked for proof, I provided it, and she's been ignoring my messages for over a month. Did you ever manage to get your case escalated? If so, would you mind sharing the contact info for the supervisor?

She was helpful. especially because she got me in tough the the RAV ReAcquire Vehicle program where a Julie Proux helped me in a very efficient manner over a little over a month
