Slight correction needed - CHL cost on the Home and EV plan from Dominion Virginia Power, a time of day program, including taxes, surcharges and other stuff is: $0.137 per kWh on average (without the add-ons the energy cost would be $0.056 Apr 16-Oct 15 and $0.656 Oct 16 to Apr 15).

What was your energy usage last year?

I don't see an easy way to get a report on the truck's annual usage. But, if you have the charge station pro, you can see what you charged at home:

Ford App --> Charging Tab --> Charge Station --> Insights --> Drop Down - Select Year --> Back arrow to 2025​

Here’s my annual usage and cost according to the FordPass app, and I only exclusively charge at home.

We bought our first EV, a Bolt, in January of last year. Then added the lightning in June. According to the Emporia charger, we used 7046 kWh during 2025 to feed the EVs. And, according to emporia, the total cost for that charging was about $708.
8 months out of the year we pay about $0.08/kWh for electric at home. The other 4 months it's higher, at just under $0.13/kWh, so that math seems about right.

I'd guess we use fast chargers maybe once a month on average. Without digging up receipts, I'd estimate about $500 spent at fast chargers over the year, but that could be high.

I just pulled our EMC Utility Electric bills for May - Nov/Dec here, with an average rate of .13cents overall for the home and 240v 30amp EVSE charging included... average bill of $196.21

if I believe I fill each of my EVs 100% once per week, on average, with a 100kwh LIGHTNING and a 75kwh EV9, it comes out to an average PER MONTH of about $97 for both...
we drive both about 15-20,000 miles per year... not inclusive of DC Fast Charging costs...

in essence, about $50 a month to fill my LIGHTNING, unless traveling...
I would doubt I've ever paid any more than that for DC Fast Charging in month
