Anyone have Siri Shortcuts for climate start working in 2025?

I’m a pretty technical person. I changed the API command from post to get just to see if I’d get a response from Fordconnect for the token, etc..

No matter what I do, the best outcome I have is "cannot start the vehicle."

Is this disabled from the Ford Connect side? Did they secure the API in some way? Does anyone have this working and can show me the newest set of shortcuts that work?

I’m coming from Tesla and have gotten very used to starting my car with my voice. I do not use Amazon services so that’s not a starter.

I have no idea. I have all the “AI” type stuff disabled for everything in my life. I’m old….

Do lock and unlock work, but not start?
And are you asking if that unsupported API still works for 2025 model year trucks or if it still works in the year 2025?

Ford has native shortcuts for lock/unlock and that works fine. For a few years, owners have hacked the API calls that the FordPass App makes anyway through a combination of IOS shortcuts. There are threads on it. The problem is that the process requires two tokens to be generated as a "pre-step". That step seems to either not collect the token from the ford vehicle connect site or some other failure. The Get FordPass Token and Get Autonomic Token steps either hang entirely on using the shortcut with API "POST", or complete with seemingly no information returned for API set to "GET".

I know this is kind of technical but wondering if I am missing something or if this has since stopped working for anyone who does use the shortcuts.

When working, you get Start, Stop, Odometer, SOC, etc..

There are some folks on here that have used it. My understanding it is somewhat a moving target so I use Alexa. Has been rock solid for 2.5 years.
