I've got a little less time than you, but I too have only run out once.HA! Oh I did.
I've only ever run out of charge once in 19 years driving EVs (the time I had a cell fail in my custom-converted bubble car doesn't count).
I was driving from Portland to Mount Hood in a snow storm in my wife's 2013 LEAF, with two excited kiddos in the back. We got diverted around an accident on state route 26 west of Portland (near the zoo) and ended up burning more power than I hoped. I ran out of charge a half mile from the roundhouse charging station on my way to mount hood, but coasted down hill, into the parking lot and straight into the charging bay. Never rolled nat 20s like that in my life since...
My sketchiest, despite running out in the Ford was actually in a Tesla Model X. I hit 0 miles remaining somewhere between 35-50 miles from home. There was elevation changes and I got lucky enough to climb slowly (40-45mph) uphill behind the trucks, and then drafting and using regen (55-80mph) downhill behind the trucks.
In hindsight, experiences like that are likely why I ran out in the Lightning.

but the displayed range did dip below 1 mile remaining.
