Blue Cruise Offer and Feedback

On 04/09, I received an offer for free Blue Cruise for May. Today, I received a survey request about Blue Cruise (which I haven’t used since the three complimentary months of Blue Cruise expired at the end of October).

These seem legitimate, but I haven’t seen anyone else mention it on the forums, so I’m now in the second-guess mode. ?‍?

Where are these messages appearing? If the first one is in your FordPass app, then it's legit. If it's an email, who is the email from?

I also got the May 2025 offer. I think all 2024s got this, while the 2022 and 2023s got the 1 year offer.

The email came from “[email protected].”

You’re right, it would’ve been better in the FordPass app.

I think it's a scam because
1 - Who is Toluna? Is that a Ford partner? Kinda doubt it.
2 - Anytime I see the word "kindly" anywhere it smells foreign. Saying "Kindly enable Javascript" is a MASSIVE red flag because a - "kindly" and b - javascript is ancient and a dirty filthy red light district portal for vulnerability to attack.

It is not a scam, I activated my trial and see it in Connected Services.

I don't know about the survey, I did not get the survey.
