Got a good deal for a ford station pro off of facebook marketplace. Are they important? I emailed ford and they said they can’t supply these parts to me

I am missing:
  • 1 × 3-position connector (Communications)
  • 1 × 2-position connector (Dark Start – Battery Backup)

Only an issue if you are planning on feeding power from the truck to your house. If you are only going to charge your truck, those are not needed.

Do you know where I can get those parts or at least the part number or a picture of them. I called the number on the manual and went to a ford dealership and none of them helped me.

In theory, I should have them in my FCSP or the box. I doubt I would have tossed them. Not sure I remember where I put the box, but I'll take a look later. If nothing else I should be able to take a picture.

I don't remember those parts in either of my boxes and I received my FCSPs straight from the source.

Maybe they are already inside the unit itself but I'm not even sure what you're referring to, tbh.

Are you certain these parts don't come with the home integration system?

Hey were you able to find them or at least have a picture of them?

When I look in the manual that comes with the charger its says:
1 – 80A Charger
1 – Mounting Bracket
2 – 3/8” x 2-1/2” LG Flange Hex Head Lag Bolts
6 – (T20) Torx-head Dog Point Screws – M4 x 0.7 x 16 mm (2 extra)
1 – Connector – 3 position (Communications)
1 – Connector – 2 position (Dark Start – Battery Backup)

I have everything but the connectors. I look on videos online and they look like little green things packed with the screws when opening the box

I sold mine but iirc, the connectors you are talking about came in a baggie. Was just a 2-position and 3-position Phoenix connector. Cheap on Amazon. Note, there are at least two different pitch sizes. Measure the distance between the pin connectors on your board. I am aware of 3.81 mm and 5.08 mm pitch.

But you only need them if you are installing the ~$10,000 Home Integration System. A lot of folks instead are using the 240V, 30A bed outlet connected through some type of generator interface to their electrical panel. Bypasses the FCSP altogether.

Followup to above. Here is where they plug in I believe, The yellow circle on the left is the 2-pin Dark Start/Battery Back-up. The circle on the right is the 3-pin Comm (may be the top or bottom one). This pic with (with my circles added) comes from @Aminorjourney's post here.
