Clock Issue

I prefer to keep the clock on 24 hour time but it keeps reverting back to 12 hour. I contacted support about it (and other issues), followed their instructions to reset but I'm still having the problem. Has anyone else encountered this or is my Lightning just special?

This was a problem for a long time, but honestly thought it had been fixed in a SW update. If you search here you'll find a few people that have experienced that problem. If you haven't received many SW updates, maybe it is in an update that you'll still receive down the road.

Yup, this problem is solved in one of the recent updates, you will ~eventually~ get it too.

I too use 24 hour time - it was an issue for me until two OTA’s ago I believe Early October is when mine finally was fixed.
