I'm not sure if this hit with some of the other increases lately or just this week. It was noticed by someone with a Lightning order and I've checked build and price for ICE and EV - across the board increase of $100 for delivery fee.

My existing order still shows $1695 too, I've got a build date in May, so I'm ordered and scheduled. However if you want to go start the process new, bring an extra $100 with you.

I believe they are, but there are many dealers that will tell you different and just flat out tell you its the new price take it or leave it.

Hmm, my 2/11 order is showing $1795 destination & delivery -- can anyone confirm that others with existing orders are still at $1695? I modified my order on May 13, thinking that may have changed the fee.

Wave 4, 2/17 order, delivery fee still at $1695. I think your Friday the 13th order modification may have brought you bad delivery fee luck.

The new $1,795 pricing has been out for awhile. Ford states that by showing them the original order amount, that the dealer should credit your the $100 and then the dealer would bill Ford for the additional $100 credit. In the end, it is up to you to decide what to do and if it is worth not buying your truck over a $100 difference. My dealer should give it to me, but I am not going to sweat $100 if they decide not to.

It's certainly not a huge deal on an $80k truck, but I emailed my dealer anyway and they said I will be price protected.

I would think most of the honest dealers would protect it. I mean, I'm not saying there's a lot of honest dealers though.

Tesla is $1200, within the US. I do know they can get 7-8 cars on a truck and only 6 pickups I believe. Also a rail car they can get a couple more cars per rail car than they can a pickup, but Ford is still sticking it pretty hard. One of the bigger producers of autos, they should also have some of the best rates. But nope. Love that profit.

IMO they should just build it into the price of the truck. When you buy appliances from a retail store they don't charge you whatever it cost to ship it to the store, when it's assuredly not zero, lol.
