Does anyone else have a constant popping noise above your left shoulder while going over bumps? I've had this issue on my brand new 23 Lariat since day 1. It seems like it's almost coming from the headliner where it touches the door seal or the top edge of the B- Pillar. I can't seem to put my hand anywhere to replicate it or keep it from happening. I'm 99% certain that the dealer will say that they can't replicate it or fix it. Has anyone found a solution? TIA

I had a noise like that and reached over my shoulder and pushed on the door weatherstrip and it went away. Hasn't come back.

Hi there! If you send over a DM with your VIN and Ford dealer info, I can look into your concerns on my end.

Having a similar problem. Most likely a door alignment issue. Push the top right of the door from the outside and see if you can hear the noise. If so, door needs to be re-aligned. Had mine adjusted and now I only hear it when hitting large bumps. Going to get it adjusted a bit more next week.

Very interesting. I am noticing the same thing and I was pushing on the door/window while driving. I came to the conclusion that if I pushed on the top part of the window farthest to the rear of the truck it seemed to make it go away. This is only on a real bumpy road, but nonetheless very annoying. I thought it was the seal but wondering now if it's a re-aligning issue.

Not your problem here but that is why it is never good to use a door wedge to get at the door lock on a vehicle if you lost a key unless someone tried to break in that way and you don't know it. It bends the top of the window frame back.

I had a similar problem with the 2001 f150. Just held the open door at the solid bottom of the window area and pushed on the top rear corner to get it pushed back a little further to seal right. Those door seals can get pressed in and loose their flexibility. Sometimes you can slide something about the thickness of a business or credit card up under the seal to push it out so it seals better. Farmer Engineering.

Yeah sliding something in was my original thought too. Thanks for sharing as that will be one of my 2 options for sure.
