Any chance does this also increase the brightness when walking up to the truck with your fob? I can't stand that during the day the front LEDs are barely visible when I'm walking up to it.

There is a very very few people that have that flickering issue, you're the 3rd/4th person so far, but is an unrelated issue to the brightness mod. It will help if you restore it back to factory settings and cycle it on and off (without starting and within 10 seconds apart of each cycle) about 3-4 times, then turn the truck on with the door closed and off, open the door until the dash has completely turned off. Re-do the change again but triple check to make sure each line is in the correct number/letter. See if that does it again.
I reset mine to stock…
I’ll drive it like this for a few days to make sure everything is back to normal with no flicker. If so, I’ll re-apply the change. I’ll keep everyone posted!
