Lots of Forscan config settings exist due to the variety of different trim levels and equipment option groups. Not all F150s have the same headlights and functions. Different combinations of enables/disables apply to different equipment. Some may actually do nothing on yours but something on basic XLT ICE model for example. For example, the configuration for amber DRLs on an ICE F150 does nothing on the Lightning despite have the same lights and equipment. Something some where is different and you'll need a 2 mile long engineering flowchart from Ford to figure out.
If you are going to experiment, make sure you save a backup of the original configure to restore if it doesn't end well. Saving backups at intervals to step backwards is also useful.
On the F150Gen14Forum there is a large thread about adding front radar module for adaptive cruise control and the associated Forscan changes needed to enable it. A member fed all the Ford acronyms and Forscan addresses into a paid version of ChatGPT creating a model he could ask questions about each line of config. It was surprisingly very useful and neat to see a practical application of AI. It might be useful for your quest here. I can find the post over there if you're curious to read about it.
