EA station unavailable but it works anyways

Sitting here at the EA station in Tucson. It's busy, only 3 of 10 spots open. Pulled into on open station, open app, and it says unavailable. Screen didn't have an error and I need to charge so I tried plug n charge and it worked.

That's annoying, but at least I'm charging. Up to 139kW at the moment. 26%-46% in 12 min so far. 5 ID4's here...can't wait to get my home charging up and running.

Are you sure it charged your plug and charge? Sometimes when they are unable to communicate to the network they go into a free vend mode.

I got a message from the FordPass app that my free credit bundle was reduced, so it seems it was able to properly connect. No idea why it wouldn't let me activate from the EA app.
