I'm not sure there's any rhyme or reason to who they email. I reserved on announcement night and I did receive an email, but only for the Pro/Fleet event. I'm not a fleet buyer, and I intend to purchase an XLT, so I have no idea why they put me in that bucket. When it came time to reserve a spot for the retail customer event, I had to rely on others on this forum to let me know the reservation site was open.
