About time!I'm a 5/23 blend, 7/27 built, that just escaped Area (Ramp) 51 on 8/25.
This is highly encouraging! I’m in MD too. Wasn’t sure if we go rail to convoy or notMy truck arrived via convoy last Thursday. I’m in MD but none of our vehicles touch a rail car.
Congrats! How many days from blend until the app said shipped for you?My truck arrived via convoy last Thursday. I’m in MD but none of our vehicles touch a rail car.
I really wish I could answer that question. Why you have super long build time?
Mine got loaded at like 5pm the night before and arrived at 3pm the next day. This is highly encouraging! I’m in MD too. Wasn’t sure if we go rail to convoy or not
My blend was 7/13, shipped was 8/17 however if you’re going via rail car you may get a ship status way sooner. As many of the 7/11 build week guys had shipped a week or so before me but mine arrived before many of theirs.Congrats! How many days from blend until the app said shipped for you?
That’s crazy! Any idea how long you sat at Ramp 51? With them giving me a delivery window of next week, I am getting myself more excited than I know I should be. Just want to get a gauge. Frankly I’m shocked I’m at 51 now since I had a spray in liner.Mine got loaded at like 5pm the night before and arrived at 3pm the next day.
I sat at 51 until convoy picked me up, even though they pick up from 59. You won’t get a notification or anything about 59 until it’s loadedThat’s crazy! Any idea how long you sat at Ramp 51? Two questions about our good friend Ramp 51 for anyone who is in the know:
- How do our trucks get to Ramp 51? Does someone drive them? Are the trucked in? It looks like it's about a 20 mile drive from the REVC.
- If your truck is on a chip hold, sitting at Ramp 51, do they install the chip (or whatever needs to be install) in the parking lot, or do they bring it to an assembly plant to complete the build?
I never got an answer.Good questions. Did you ever get an answer? I'm showing 12/2 production..showing a chip hold, but the truck is now at Ramp 51. I take that as a good thing and maybe its ready for shipping now?
I never got an answer.
As far as I can tell that is a good thing. I’ve yet to see a truck go from Ramp 51 to anywhere other than a railcar.
After tracking all the MY23 trucks, Im convinced almost every truck has a “chip hold”. We’ve seen everything from platinums to bare bones Pros with a chip hold. Based off your blend date, you should move to built this week as the average is 12 days. It’s going to be really tight for you to get your truck by 12/31. The average blend to arrival is 31 days but that number also includes trucks going out to CA, WA, and OR which takes longer than your state of AL.thanks for the quick reply. That is how I take it and my dealer agreed. Normally Ramp 51 means its ready to ship.
I tracked my 22 Powerboost carefully this year and it did the same. It sat at ramp 51 for nearly a week and was shipped.
Fingers crossed. I can't find much about chip holds and ramp 51.
