Ford Pass would not connect with Lightning...modem issue

This has been reported before. Ford Pass quit connecting with the truck this morning. I called Ford Pass to troubleshoot. They were no help and told me to take it in as the modem would not reset. It's hours to the nearest dealer. The dealer had no service slots open for more than a week. I consulted Microsoft AI. They said to pull fuse #32 to reset the modem. It worked!! Others have reported fixing by removing the battery terminal. The fuse pull is much easier!!

The fuse pull works for the TCU. The issue that requires the 20 minute battery pull is when you check for updates and it stays with stuck with the spinning pinwheel icon and never gets passed that.
