FordPass error when trying to get location

I’m trying to check my vehicle location and I get a Google message to accept maps data policy and then this generic error. Didn’t find any info online about it.

anyone else?

Try Force Stopping the Fordpass app, then clear the cache only (DO NOT CLEAR DATA) or you will lose your PAAK pairing. Then start app, run a Pull/down refresh wait for it to complete ~10 seconds, then check location.

Also check permissions for Fordpass
