I just tried that and mine still has no picture unfortunately. I do have a pic for my old 2014 still showing and my fusion.

I'm not sure what finally did it. I tried logging in, logging out. Logging out, deleting the app, restarting the phone, reinstalling and logging in, deleting the vehicle and re-adding it, etc. Yesterday, I logged out, restarted the phone, logged in, and it worked. Must have just been some serious latency. My account on the ford website showed the correct vehicle, it just never translated back to my app, and showed an ice blue Lightning.

I just ran across this thread this morning. I've had my 22 XLT since January and still had the Lightning picture on the FordPass app.

I just logged out, deleted the app, reinstalled the app, and logged back in. I now have the correct image!

I'm going to try this, but not confident it's going to work. My truck is still showing as a Lightning on both the US and Canadian Ford owner sites. I figure it's a Canadian issue for me, and FordPass chat asked me to call in to Ford Canada to have it looked at.

App should just let you take a picture of your truck and use that as your avatar. B&P tool doesn't even show options/trucks correctly. How do you think Ford is going to do it per individual truck.... LOL!!

Surprisingly my 2014 F150 and 2016 Fusion show them correctly in FordPass. Just not my 2022 lol

No dice. Even tried switching country to US to see if that would help. Stuck with a virtual Lightning!

Wild. So I logged out, removed app (iPhone), turned phone off and back on, downloaded app and logged back in and the lightning is gone!

Shows my truck with the tow mirrors and everything, though the passenger side tow mirror seems to have a regular mirror superimposed over the top of it, but whatever, I’ll take it! Lol

Maybe I've missed it somewhere, but is there a way to get the displays in the truck to show the right truck instead of just the generic one?
