The plastic panels on either side of our frunks are held on by those twist turn clips. There are 2 sizes with the large being 2 piece and the smaller look like 1 piece. Many of you know that the bottom part of the 2 piece ones can pop off and get lost inside the truck or possibly fall to the ground. I had several of the large 2 piece ones missing. I mentioned it to the mobile tech last time he was out and he said he could not find just the clips in their parts list. What he did was order a new frunk panel which comes with clips and he came to my house to replace it today. He let me remove the good clips from the panel he removed, so I could use them on the other side or as spares. He did this all under warranty, so it didn't cost me anything. I put a drop of superglue on each of the 2 piece ones to keep them from separating again. Someone here on the forum mentioned that as a fix.

He also replaced my dash mat for the CSP, replaced my warped speaker cover in the dash and brought me 1 gallon of antifreeze all for free. The Antifreeze was because I had to buy some to backfill mine after the battery module replacement.

I suggest anyone missing clips see if they can get a panel like this under warranty. It is a shame they couldn't just find the clips as a separate part number. It's a waste.

I've had a panel replaced for that very reason. Ridiculous.

I was told there is no fix for the warped speaker cover.

My speaker panel is no longer warped after the replacement. I can't say it won't warp like the original over time though.

That is GREAT example of exemplary dealer service. Hands down the kind of service I’m sure 99% of folks in this forum would kill for. (Figure of speech.)
