Help Interpreting DTC for Powertrain Malfunction/Reduced Power Vehicle Alert

2023 Ford Lightning Lariat, 2021 Tesla Model Y
My wife was driving in a parking lot testing out the parking assistance feature and the service vehicle soon alert appeared.

Her version of events:
Testing out parking assistance. After shifting to neutral and holding down park button on dash, realized it was in parallel parking vs perpendicular parking so I removed my finger from the park button.
Service vehicle soon warning popped up first
Then error with 1 pedal driving, apply brake to reduce speed (vehicle was stopped)
Vehicle went forward once foot was off pedal so I navigated to a parking space. Turned off vehicle, turned on
Only service vehicle soon logo still appears
Can't see details like what the app shows

The service indicator went away on the instrument cluster/dash, but the vehicle alert still appears in my phone app (oddly, not the wife's).

The vehicle operates like normal, and I was able to pull the FORSCAN error codes (see below).

Can I safely call it a fluke, clear the codes, and move on or is this a more serious issue that needs attention?

Update:

I haven't seen the error message since the initial incident. The dealership said to consider it a fluke unless it happens, again.

Hey, folks!! This error popped up for me today, sending me to this forum for a search! I found this thread, and the longer, but older, thread on PowerTrain errors. Anyway, wanted to add my experience to the list. There seems to be a pattern with some of us where this happens during what I'll call a "shift in movement". The person who started this thread described a sudden change in parking assist. Another guy in the other thread was backing slowly, then threw it into drive.

My experience, after reading these two, seems to fit. I was backing out of a parking space, with 1-pedal on. The vehicle was still moving backwards when I shifted to Drive. It seemed momentarily confused, then when I started forward, the error popped up. No obvious changes in the truck. I made a 10-minute stop, got back in, still had the light for a moment, then it cleared itself.

So --- a theory for y'all. Maybe it has something to do with the powertrain trying to switch directions and getting itself confused? Here's hoping mine is also a fluke, in that sense!

Ha ha! Hadn't thought of that. Not rocking her will simply not do.

Seriously, since we are driving supercomputers, I'm hoping it will get programmed away. :D

With awd this is not likely to be needed. Thinking back to the old days without awd or traction control. Memories....

Nick, have you seen that again, or had any issues since? I had what I think was the same issue yesterday on my truck (same alerts when starting to shift/reverse down a steep driveway). The dash one cleared later in the afternoon, while I can still see the phone alert. I'm curious if this really did turn out to be a fluke, or if something else popped back up down the road?

The issue has not happened since despite driving the heck out of the truck.
