I have never hit 0% and only once went bellow 20%. I have never let it sit at 100% plugged in more than 15 minutes. And I have only gone to 100% may be 5 times at most in 2.5 years. I have seen 0.5% bump which I am not sure how much it really is since we see SOH in 0.5% increments. My truck spends most of its time between 40% to 60%. I see the drops usually in summer and once after a short supercharging session. My truck was built in December of 2022 and there has been some bad batteries in that batch so I have been babying mine hoping to delay the dreaded wrench of death. At your mileage, unless you charge to 100% often and then run it down near 0% often or let it sit at 100% in the heat a lot, 98% sound a bit low. The next time you charge it up to 100% let it sit on the a charger for a while, even if it is just a wall socket. It will take a bit of time, a couple of hours maybe, but it will start balancing the modules. I have just seen (this week) a full 1% improvement on the SOH by doing that. Could have been caused by something else but that would be quite a coincidence.
I will give your advice a try next time I am taking a longer trip to see if I can get up to 1% back.
