Light bar mod

I had the paint removed from the flat vertical surface of the light bar and left it on the slanted areas. I‘m trying to decide whether to leave it as is or use lens tint to cover it.

Looks good. I don’t like how thick the light bar is and think thinner would look better. How does it look in the daylight?

I had mine painted, although it was supposed to be thin enough that the light still came through. He used clear coat with a little black mixed in. He put too many coats on so it blocked 99% of the light. I had him remove the paint on the vertical surface of the light bar while leaving it on the slanted surfaces. It gives a more slim line look to the light bar.
