I saw this truck in parking lot as I left work this AM, and couldn't resist the pic. Wish I had parked a little closer. Enjoy!

I've made do with the shorter (6ft) bed of the "Super Cab" on my 2001 Ranger, but I would rather have a full length (8ft) bed and skip the super cab like the old one in the picture - sometimes it would come in handy, like for 12ft lumber - having 1/2 the length hanging out the back worries me sometimes.

Not an old Lightning. See my avatar for reference. 2004 vs 2022

Yeah, guess it's not an actual old Lightning, but has the jacked back and the custom wheeels, so pretty close. And nice old truck, anyway!

I used to never think I'd want or need a Super Cab . Then we had kids and roadtrips 😁

Looks like a brothers reunion

I hated to part with the SVT after driving it for 17 years, but I had no room for it. However, I sold it to a good friend for $9000 more than I paid for it ... and he is still a friend! Actually, I gave him about a $5000 discount. I miss the V-8 rumble and supercharger whine, but the EV is about 1.5 seconds quicker in 0 to 60 MPH.
