private rebate confusion

Hey all, SO I placed my reservation on 9/9/21. In march of 22 I got the email saying all 22 MY invitations went out. I'm a MY 23 and i think it just got delivered to my dealer. Would i be eligible for the private ford rebate/discount?

What is the cutoff date for the price protection? I tried to order when it was a 22, but it sold out on that wave. The order I placed was for a 23 pro on 8/11/22. Does that mean no price protection?

2/3/22 - Invited to order 2022 Pro. I tried to place order but pro sold out)
2/6/22 - Extended reservation
8/11/22 - invited to order

@stephen123 If you were invited to order 8/11/22 then you part of the MY23 wave 1 folks who extended their MY22 after not getting a Pro. You should get the private offer.

@Saburke17 - you were not part of MY23 wave 1 (8/11) or wave 2 (8/24). Sep 7 was wave 3. You are not eligible for the private offer. Be thankful you got to order with a late reservation - you jumped in front of a lot of folks and will get the $7500 federal tax credit if you take delivery before Dec 31.
