Squeak in accelerator pedal

First off, I swear I saw this issue pop up on the forum before but I didn't find it in a cursory search.

An, albeit minor, issue popped up today, so far intermittent squeak when pressing or releasing the accelerator pedal. Since it just occurred I haven't had time to fully vet the issue, but so far it seems to only occur if the cruise control is off, and so far limited to while the truck is on. Outside of software issues/quirks the truck has been flawless, and this is the first physical problem I've come across. Any ideas, or references to the prior thread? Will follow up with a video when I capture it. TIA!

There was recent concern of a loose fastener on a pivot shaft, suggestions were to press the grip-fitting a little tighter but not so much to cause binding.

As to the squeaky noise, maybe a little bit of lubricant/grease on the shaft might quiet the problem?

Do you use 1 pedal drive? Does this only happen when coming to or starting from a complete stop?

On my truck, the hydraulic valve that controls pressure to/from the accumulator for the brakes makes a little squeak sort of noise. This happens at low speed when applying/releasing hydraulic pressure as opposed to regen.

1PD active, occurring at least to 50 mph, only done it once since I posted. I did get to look at it, albeit with no squeak, that upon pressing the accelerator there is some not insignificant lateral movement in the module, is that normal?

That was @Moosehead concern, looseness of the assembly pin/fastener.
