Yep, that's all they offered me when I bought my truck back in June, fcsp or $500.

Comical how little dealer cares if i ever get the install option completed. I have 9700 miles on my 25 and home charger company still playing games months and months later. First provided 900 dollar quote for an install well within the “free” install parameters .
Two months later get a corrected quote, I accept the quote but now zero response from provider in PA. I requested a new installer be identified and of course same company sent the order..and stunner, no response.

I really like the truck but until or unless Ford and their dealers even LIKE the truck, I’ll avoid buying a Ford EV or anything else.
The buying experience and ownership experience from a brand perspective has been awful.

Yes the Flash came with a FCSP and adapter for the Tesla high speed charging stations.

But a 48 amp home charger is what I was promised by Ford instead I am in limbo between the dealership who won’t return my calls and txts and Ford.

I will never buy another vehicle from Ford Platinum of Pilot Point Texas, they obviously don’t care about satisfied customers

Others have had good results with the Ford Team, but not sure of their contact info.

No they only offered a $500 rebate at the time and I refused it they had to redo the paperwork.

That they submitted the paperwork and Ford said they have not received it yet.

The dealer can email the Power Promise team and let them know you have not received your code. They will provide one to the dealer then.
