So I got my email from SunRun yesterday asking me to confirm my shipping address. The link requires me to input my Lightning order number, zip code, and last name. I tried both the 4-digit order number from the dealer (the one that works with the tracker) and my 7-digit order number I got from Ford as a result of placing my online order. Both result in the message “order not found”.
Any suggestions? The email kind of implies that if I do nothing, they’ll ship it to the address on my Lightning order, which would be fine, but I figured confirming the address might speed things up.
