Been trying to order since Saturday with no luck.

Sure you tried a different device, browser, internet source, and clearing you cookie by now, but if you haven't...try that.

no luck on the iPhone, iPad or computer, cleared browsing history and cookies on all 3 and still no luck

Handful of people including myself have had the same issue, ford just told me go order with your dealer and we don’t know what’s wrong.

I would actually like to switch dealers because my dealer doesn’t want to do anything by phone or email and between working full time and activities with the kids, not exactly easy to drive out of my way to go there. I just want a clear answer on ADM, trade ins and deposits.

I was also annoyed that I had a very low reservation, past experience buying vehicles from dealer and have them perform all my service (even though there are closer Ford dealers) and they bumped me when they created a priority list.

Ford also informed me that if I switch dealers I will lose my ability to order and go to the end of the line at the new dealer, even though I placed the reservation within 3 minutes of reservations opening.
