I noticed this on my 23 Lariat after about a year of ownership and shortly after an update, but couldn't be sure about the details. I tried a Sync reset but not a 12V disconnect. I've been patient expecting another update to fix it... It is SO bad, I can't imagine this could be by design...

If you have the opportunity to do a 12v reset, let us know if it works. It worked for me, but that was a year or so ago when I had a similar problem.
