Well it only took me 7 months to finally get around and write my personal blog post about buying my 2022 Lightning Lariat ER from a guy 900 miles away.
Read on if you are interested. Although this happened some time ago, I consider it my introduction to the group. So... Hi! I'm Ed and I am currently in an all-EV household. My first electrified car was a 2016 Chevy Volt Premier PHEV and have owned several PHEVs since then.... 2019 Volt, 2018 Pacifica PHEV and a 2021 RAV4 Prime. Before then, I was all diesel all the time... particularly of the VW TDI variety. At one point everyone in my family had a TDI. Loved those cars. Don't miss the smoke or the turbo lag now...
Anyhoo, I wanted to say hi and I very much appreciate this forum immensely. I have gained so much information here that I hope to repay the favor in some way with my upcoming mods. I really love that everyone here enjoys updating and modifying their rigs. My big project is to retrofit OEM Ford power running boards to my Lariat... Already have all of the parts... just have to find time to get it done.
On with my blog post...
