Timing wrong on Ford pass climate setting

Can anyone advise me on how to correct the time on the FordPass app, when I set the climate on the FordPass app it functions correctly but the time it says it will be ready by is approximately 2hrs before, any advice how to set or calibrate the app time with my truck would be great.

Make sure the clock settings in the truck is set to automatic.

Make sure your Fordpass time zone is set correctly in the departure time settings main screen.

Good afternoon, I have tried all that and still same issues, the app just shows the wrong time when you turn on the climate etc, it comes on fine and stays on for ten minutes but shows the wrong on and off times .

Good afternoon, I have tried all that and still same issues, the app just shows the wrong time when you turn on the climate etc, it comes on fine and stays on for ten minutes but shows the wrong on and off times .
Were you able to fix this issue? My Ford Pass App just started acting up. My start charging start time in the app is wrong along with the departure time. Last evening I had to manually hit the "start charging" button. I double and triple checked all of the settings in the app AND the truck and everything appears to be correct. This morning, when I woke, the app said the truck was at 72% state of charge. I turned off my phone completely (power down - Iphone 14 Max). When the phone powered back up, I checked the Ford Pass App and the truck was charged to 90% (where I had set it to). My cabin departure time is set for 0530 hours. The truck actually started the cabin climate feature at 0455 hours (which I feel was way too early for a 0530 departure time).

I scoured this forum and I came up with logging out of the Ford Pass App (which I had not done previously). I'll see if this fixes it. Next step will be to uninstall the app and reinstall it.
