1970 Mustang Hatchback. It probably makes more sense, but I don't have that much sense to put it on an F-150.Wondering if a more aero option like the aero x makes more sense for EV trucks
That cap is actually designed to INCREASE your range. If anyone is planning on getting a truck cap on their lightning, I'd love to see a range comparison before and after. Wondering if a more aero option like the aero x makes more sense for EV trucks.

Watch this videoYea I figured. I’m curious how much and is it worth sacrificing half your cap space for it.
I've seen one of those on a truck in person. I don't care if it doubles the range. It's not worth it.That cap is actually designed to INCREASE your range.
I wouldn’t mind the fastback design if it had a retractable tonneau like the cybertruck. Allows you to carry tall items which you can’t do with a traditional cap and adds a bit more room than a flat tonneau. That little fastback looking shell - I see as the worst of possible solutions. Although, as others say, perhaps helps with wind resistance.
I mean, if an electric-pink 6-foot tall bed-installed wing spoiler doubled the range, I would install it....I've seen one of those on a truck in person. I don't care if it doubles the range. It's not worth it.
600 mile range. Sign me up!
There's a joke that revolves around mopeds that comes to mind. They may be fun to ride, but you don't want to be seen on one. It's the same thing with that fastback cap. They are ugly as sin in person.I mean, if an electric-pink 6-foot tall bed-installed wing spoiler doubled the range, I would install it....
