All 35 psi today, typically 39. Door jamb says 42. I will try airing up.

Put the windows all the way down and back up. No wind noise issues. Also tried every combination of windows cracked (inc. rear port and sunroof) to relieve pressure.

I am not trying to be a wise-ass ... just hoping to help clarify the description when discussing it with technical folks. Subsonic refers to speeds less than the speed of sound. I think you are referring to sound below the range of human hearing, which is below 20 Hz. The unusual name for that range is infrasound or infrasonic. I have not had that issue, but I have experienced the extremely loud noise event covered in detail in F150 Gen14 and F150 Lightning threads (links attached below). The extremely loud static in my event also had a powerful underlying low frequency pulse. It is possible that these 2 issues are related, especially if you have a B&O audio system.

Yep, you're 100% correct, changed the title. I suspect infrasonic noise because I feel the pressure over minor bumps though there is not much in terms of audible sound. After about 15 minutes of driving it's just a constant feeling.

I have the B&O 8-speaker system. That issue is terrifying, really sorry to hear it happened to you. I did extensive research and did not find a single complaint from the normal B&O, only the "Unleashed" system.

Many people with the extreme noise issue do not report which audio system they have in their trucks. Those that do report it often mention the B&O Unleashed system. However, there is an owner of a 2018 Lariat who reports that he has been having the noise issue intermittently in his truck since he purchased it new. The B&O system in his truck probably has a 10 speaker system. It appears the B&O Unleashed system was first available in 2021.

If you believe your issue may be causing hearing damage, I suggest you see an Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor, and file a safety complaint with NHTSA.

If it's pretty evident immediately you start driving your vehicle, I second the advice to do a test drive of another vehicle to see if you can replicate. Also did you ask someone to drive you in your vehicle? Try to sit in a different seat like the rear to see if it makes it better or worse or no change.

Just a minor update. It seems more intense in the driver's seat. I have spent many hours driving the truck with my wife so that's somewhat clear. To reiterate she has no issue with it whatsoever. Not able to test another truck yet, but it will soon go in for service.

Another odd thing I notice is when there is obnoxious sub bass from another car, construction equipment, or (less commonly) a loud idling engine the entire passenger compartment of the Lightning reverberates with that low frequency sound/ear feeling I find to be so uncomfortable. Much more intense, but it's still odd that those outside factors are able to reverberate the truck so much.

You should be able to download a sound meter app that records in infrasonic. I did this when I built an ultrasonic sound canon to stop my neighbor’s dog from barking all night long. Worked great even thou their yard was 500’ away thru trees and bushes.

The app I used was Spectroid (for android).

Got plans? I remember Steve Gibson talking about a project like this many years ago, but I don't know if it ever came to fruition.

Pretty simple really.
Kemo Electronic (M161) Ultrasonic Power Canon - comes with instructions

2 Piezo Speakers

2 - 1.25” x 12” PVC pipe
Plastic container with a snap on lid to keep it somewhat water tight. I drilled a 3/8” hole in one end for an extension cord, and two 1.25” holes in the other end for the PVC pipes - like a double barrel shotgun.
Remote control for outlet.
Usage: This narrow range model works for dogs barking at a distance. (Kemo makes a wide range model for dogs barking right next door.) This model has to be aimed directly at barking dog. If dog has more than one spot it barks from, make a second one. Dog barks, activate power. Dog stops barking, deactivate power. If you leave it on (fall back asleep), the dog will get used to it and therefore ignore it. Then you’ll have to not use it for several months and start training all over again. If dog is barking due to an actual stimulus, a knock on the door, a cat, deer, vehicle in the driveway, etc, do not activate. This saved me from having to sell my house and move.
