Yep. Disabling automatic updates until the subsequent fix update is also available.

I don’t want to lose walk away lock while they work on a fix- looks like the next update is going to remove it until they do.

PSA if you got walk away lock and actually like it, disable automatic updates now and follow news on the fix and wait until the follow-up update is out before enabling updates again.
My problem if I do this is I'll probably miss BC 1.4 :)

Good thing I like Walkaway Lock. Appears a slider under Locking is coming some day.

They sent me this also. I replied to NOT TAKE WAL AWAY.

We are EAP this is expected, the feedback was for them to fix it before General Public use. I’m not sure why they think disabling it is the best option.

Dont 24’s and 25’s have this feature? It can’t be this hard @Ford Motor Company

Yea why not just ship the toggles? Isn't that easier than pulling a whole feature out?
Two different modules. BCM update for the actual function and an APIM update for the toggles. I don’t think these can be updated concurrently OTA.

I also replied to the email asking to not take away my WAL and then immediately disabled auto-updates. I already have Bluecruise 1.4 so the only thing that I am missing that I really wanted was using Propower with the car off...but now that I used Forscan to change the 30minute shutdown timer to default OFF, I honestly could wait on that. Probably won't accept an update unless I'm certain it won't nuke WAL.

Did this update get pulled or something? I still haven't gotten it. Last update I received was for "Window Functionality" (DDM-25.12.0) back in April. It would be really nice to be able to shut the frunk without having to first make sure the truck is unlocked. I run into this every week when I bring home groceries.

Yes but I had to turn it on in settings first. It was off by default.
Oh interesting. I don’t have the toggles. Did you have to turn those on with Forscan, or did they just show up after a while?

I added them in FORScan a loooong time ago but I assumed the latest apim update added them as well.

Was it sunny and hot where you are today? I've had this happen. Cameras get too hot in the outdoors. Usually corrects overnight. I'm gonna have the dealer look at it next time I'm in though.
